Content Policy

This Content Policy (our community guidelines) sets out what you can and cannot publish on MyStreamSpace ("MyStreamSpace", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies to everything you post — videos, clips, live streams, comments, replies, live chat messages, profile information, and events. By publishing on the Platform you agree to follow these rules. This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Be Responsible for What You Publish
You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you must have the rights to publish it. Content must comply with all applicable laws and with this Policy. MyStreamSpace is a shared space for creators and viewers — keep it safe and respectful.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not post, stream, or share content that:
- Is illegal — or promotes, facilitates, or instructs others in illegal activity.
- Sexualises minors — any content that sexualises or endangers a minor is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.
- Is sexually explicit — pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Incites violence or hatred — threats, or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Harasses or bullies — targeted abuse, stalking, doxxing, or sharing someone's private information without consent.
- Is graphically violent — gratuitous gore or content that glorifies violence or self-harm.
- Promotes dangerous or regulated goods — weapons, illegal drugs, or other regulated products in violation of law.
- Is deceptive or fraudulent — scams, phishing, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Infringes intellectual property — copyrighted or trademarked material you do not have permission to use.
- Is spam — repetitive, misleading, or manipulative content, including artificial inflation of views, likes, or follows.
- Contains malware — links or files intended to harm devices or compromise accounts.
3. Live Streams & Events
Live content must follow the same rules as recorded content, in real time. Because live streams and live chat are immediate and public, we may end a stream, remove a chat message, or suspend an account that breaches this Policy during a broadcast. Event listings must accurately describe what they offer.
4. Comments, Chat & Interactions
The same standards apply to comments, replies, and live chat. Do not use these spaces for harassment, spam, hate speech, or to share prohibited material. Treat other members of the community with respect.
5. Monetisation, Boosts & Stars
Content that earns through Watch & Earn, is boosted, or otherwise participates in our stars economy must comply fully with this Policy. We may make content ineligible to earn, withhold or reverse stars, or remove boosts for content that violates these rules or that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud or artificial engagement.
6. Reporting & Moderation
You can report a video, a user, or other content from the in-app menus. Reports help us identify content that may breach this Policy. We review reports and may act on content we become aware of through any channel. Depending on the severity and history, we may:
- Remove or restrict the visibility of content.
- Issue a warning.
- Limit features such as live streaming, monetisation, or commenting.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
- Report unlawful content to law enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property & Counter-Claims
We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us with the details so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us to dispute the action.
8. Appeals
If we take action on your content or account and you believe it was an error, you can appeal through the Support option in the app. We will review appeals in good faith.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Content Policy as our community and the legal landscape evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
